Allow group forecast admins to select additional fields to render as columns in the forecast table. Forecast viewers can toggle them on or off via the table actions.

Beyond simply seeing additional info for each forecasted work item, this would increase the value of filtering and sorting options when consuming the group forecasts (and also the forecast portfolios).

One example is adding Fix/Versions as a column. Viewers can filter down forecasts or portfolios to view only those items related to a specific fix version.

Version and String type fields are now supported. We'll continue to add new field type support. Next up are date and number.
